Tips for cutting the frozen squid

After clean the squid:
1- Slide the squid horizontally like the picture above.

2- Remove the soft bone

3- Make the cross gently with a knife on the surface. Making the cross on the surface where the soft bone is located will make the squid curling after cook.  On the other side, it will make the squid flat after cook.
