[Tony's Creation]Crispy fish fillets with barbecue sauce

.: Ingredients :.
Group A
1- Basa Fillet, cut into piece, 500g

2- Corn starch, 1/2 cup
3- 1/2 of medium size onion, peeled, diced
- 1 English cucumber, sectioned

Group B
1- 1 tsp salt
2- 1/2 tsp of white pepper

.: Sauce mixture :.
1- Barbecue sauce, 4 tbsp
2- black pepper, 1/4 tsp
3- Hot water, 2 tbsp
4- Honey, 2 tbsp)

.: Directions :.  
Step 1:
Marinade the fish fillet with Group B ingredients for 15 minutes.  Heat the non-sticky pan with 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat.  Coat each piece of fish with a thin layer of corn starch.  Pan-fry the fish until one side is golden (about 2-3 minutes).  Turn it over and pan-fry until other side is golden as well.  Put it on a baking rack over a paper towel.  Put it aside. 

Step 2:

Clean the pan and dry it well.  Heat it again with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.  Add in the onion with 1/3 tsp of onion.  Stir-fry the onion until it is soft (about 3 minutes).  Add in the cucumber and the sauce mixture.  Bring it to boil.  Add in the fish fillets and mix it well.  Dish it up and serve it hot.
.: Cook's notes :.
1- Do not flip the fish too often while pan-frying it.  Turn it to other side only if one side is brown.
2- Do not cook the cucumber too long or it will be too soft
3- Reduce 1 tbsp of honey if you don't want the sauce being too sweet.
