[Tony's Creation]Smoke salmon with tofu and cream of corn

[Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes| Serve: 4 | Calories: 320 per serving ]
.: 材料 Ingredients :. 
1- Smoke salmon, 350g-400g, thawed)
2- 1 small box of tofu, drained, diced
3- 1 cane of Sweet corn cream style
4- 1 large egg, blended
5- Butter, 1 tbsp
6- 2/3 cane of hot water
7- bell pepper(any color), cored, shredded, 1 medium
8- Onion, peeled, cut into pieces, 1/2 onion
9- Imitated Crab meat, 200g

.: 做法 Directions :.
Step 1:

Heat the pan over high heat with 1/2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft. Stir in the bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.  Add in the crab meat and tofu.

Step 2:

Add in the corn cream, butter and hot water.  Mix it well.  Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.  Turn the heat to low.  Add in the egg and stir constantly.  Add in the smoke salmon and mix it well.  Dish it up and serve it in hot
.: 小貼士 Cook's notes :.
1- It is better to cook the salmon with the heat from the sauce mixture to avoid overcooking it.
2- If the crab meat is smelly, blanch it over boiling water for 30 seconds before use
3- Be gentle after add in the tofu to avoid breaking it
