How to make Roated Duck Broth


Chinese Roasted Duck bone contains strong flavor.  It is the best ingredient to make a multipurpose broth.  This duck broth can be used in many different way.  You can serve it as a soup, or you can use it as the soup base for noodle.  It is great to use it as a sauce too.  It is simple to make one yourself.  I am sure you will like it     

Ingredients (for 1.8L)

1- 1 set of Roasted Duck Bone
2- 600ml Chicken Broth
3- 1400ml of water
