[Tony's Creation]Stir-fried pork with Kabayaki Sauce

.: 材料 Ingredients :.
1- Tenderloin pork, sliced, 400g
2- Zucchini, sliced, 300g
3- minced garlic, 1 tbsp
4- Shallots, peeled, sliced, 2 pieces
5- Green onion, 1 tbsp
6- 1/2 Medium onion, peeled, sliced
7- Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp, for decoration
8- 1 bell pepper, cored, sliced
9- Corn starch 1 tbsp + cold water 2 tbsp, mixed

.: 汁料 Sauce mixture :.
1- Kabayaki Sauce, 3 tbsp

2- 海鮮醬1茶匙 (Hoisin Sauce, 1 tsp)

.: 做法 Directions :.
Step 1:

Marinade the beef by following Tony's Japanese marinade method (but do not add salt) for 15 minutesHeat the pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil over high heat. Stir-fry the pork until fully cooked. Drain it in a sieve over a bowl and set it aside.
.: Note: You can replace the Japanese seasoning with Chinese seasoning to marinade the pork.)

Step 2:

Clean and dry the pan well.   Heat it again with 1/2 tbsp of oil over high heat until hot. Add in the garlic, green onion, and shallot.  Stir-fry together about 1 minutes.  Add in the zucchini and onion with 1/3 tsp of salt. Stir-fry the ingredients until the onion is soft (about 2-3 minutes).  
(.: Note: Add in the ingredients separately to ensure the heat remain evenly in the pan)
Step 3:

Add in the pork and mix it well.  Add in the mixed sauce mixture and bring it to boil.  Add enough the corn starch mixture until the sauce is thickened.  Dish it up and top with sesame seed.  Serve it hot.
(.: Note: Do not add the remaining corn starch mixture once the sauce is thickened)
