How to make chocolate mousse (without egg and gelatin)
A very creamy and delicious chocolate mousse without eggs and any gelatin powder.  This video show you the basic of it.  You can enhance it by using your imagination.  I personally infuse a bit of Macau sawdust pudding method.  You can create your own chocolate mousse as well.  Let try it out :)

For example: a Tri-color mousse; Divide the following mousse ingredients into three parts, replace the chocolate in each parts (black, white, milk). Or replace the chocolate with hazelnut chocolate to create hazelnut chocolate mousse. You can also add 1 tablespoon rum (or orange liquor) to cook the chocolate, etc., it has many different way to create your own version :)

If you use dark chocolate, do not use more than 70 degrees, because it is bitter which doesn't taste like a dessert

Ingredients: for 6-8 cups
Chocolate Mousse Ingredients:
1- Milk Chocolate 180g
2- milk 80ml
3- whipping cream 300ml + 1 tablespoon sugar

Topping cream Ingredients:
1- whipping cream 100ml + 1 tablespoon sugar
2- cloud Nigeria take sesame oil 1 tsp

1- right amount of fruit
2- chocolate pieces
